This Agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of Utah, USA, excluding rules regarding conflicts of law. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
You and Sorenson’s Ranch School agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts of the Utah in all legal proceedings arising under this Agreement.
This site may include opportunities to engage in commercial transactions with certain suppliers of goods and services ("Supplier"). If you choose to engage in such transaction(s), You acknowledge that Sorenson’s Ranch School is not involved in the actual transaction between You and the Supplier. As a result, Sorenson’s Ranch School has no control over the quality, compatibility, safety, or legality of the items advertised, the truthfulness, completeness or accuracy of the listings, the ability of the Suppliers to sell the items or the terms and conditions of any transaction between You and a seller.
